What is "Stressilience"?

Stress resilience is all about being able to handle whatever life throws your way. It is the ability to bounce back from difficult situations and recover quickly from stressors, without becoming overwhelmed or suffering from negative consequences such as anxiety or depression.

Being stress resilient refers to the ability to maintain a sense of calm, focus, and perspective even during the most challenging times, and draw on internal resources to manage stressors and prevent them from becoming chronic or overwhelming.

Developing stress resilience is crucial for staying healthy, both physically and mentally, and can help you lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.


That's why I chose the name "Stressilience" for my brand - it's the combination of "stress" and "resilience," embodying my mission to help you develop the skills and tools that is necessary to handle stress and adversity in a healthy yet, effective way. With Stressilience, my goal is to provide resources and support to help people build their stress resilience and ultimately lead happier, healthier lives.

Hey, I'm Emilie, an expert in stress & anxiety!


I help women to manage stress, overcome anxiety, deal with unpleasant feelings and ultimately build resilience. My passion for mental health came after I was personally affected by chronic stress, and I recognised the limited awareness, support and education in the community thus, propelling my mission to be a guiding hand to people overcoming stress and adversity.

We are exposed to more and more stressors, both external and internal; and because we cannot just simply remove them from our life, we must learn to build stress resilience!
